We’re Jenn and Greg—exes, friends, and co-parenting teammates who have been through it all. We share our wins, missteps, and everything in between to help you build stronger partnerships for your kids.

We're here to share real stories, wins, lessons, tips and tools to help you navigate co-parenting with a little less stress and a lot more laughter.

OUR STORY

How It All Began

We met as teens, drifted apart, and reunited over a decade later.

We rekindled our friendship and quickly became a steady partnership, with Greg stepping up as a stepdad to our oldest daughter. We married in 2017 and built a life full of adventures on a hobby farm, facing challenges like career changes, a devastating fire, and even a near-death experience. Though our marriage ended, we rebuilt our friendship as co-parents, transforming from exes to allies to create a stronger foundation for our family.

Fun Things to Come

'What the Co-Parent' started as an idea to create funny reels and social media content about our co-parenting journey. But as more and more people asked us, 'How do you guys do it?' and, 'I wish my ex and I could work as well together as you two,' or our personal favourite, 'Why don’t you just get back together if you get along so well?' — (don’t worry, we’ll tackle that question in an episode soon!) — we realized there was a bigger need here.

That’s when we knew we needed to do more than just share the humour. Enter Exes to Allies. We’re kicking things off with this podcast and website, and there’s so much more to come — a blog, YouTube channel, TikTok, Instagram, and even a vault of tools, courses, workshops, and more.
